weekday 6.45 out . but reaching sg ramal, kajang tol traffic light, infront tpm ( bit after sg besi tol) is already 7am which the whole kl seremban is super jam until klcc.

and get out 5pm? reached home 5.30pm? that almost impossible.

The clear safe distance from tension wires are 2km. I just checked with sales office its only 160meters away from construction site.

going to forfeit my booking fee 1k penalty. at least I don't have to suffer for the rest of my life for the amount I have to pay for the house, and yet risk my family's health

how far is the HTC from fairfield residence ? anyone have any idea... how about the houses at Jalan TH 1/7.... how far is that really from the HTC ? this is something serious need to be consider by every residence since its really harmful ?

If we are talking about 2km far from HT. alot of project also cannot buy de lo.

But there TH still consider far from HT if compare with KAJANG 2.

At the very min 300m away pls. 160 is ridiculous. Many research already done on this internationally. It's ur money it's ur life(and ur whole family) . I am not willing to risk both. With 1M there is many other options and some more can get nearer to Kl.

I cannot see it clearly when making booking Bcoz it's opposite the construction site very messy. Imagine after everything completed nicely, this is going to stick out like sore thumb. Believe many will see and not willing to buy it as 2nd hand.

I think have to change job already. Been working in a company where there's a row of big HTC behind the office, which is less than 100m away.
