Well, I just not hoping to make another thread for it. Probably just your 2cent for me is enough. Actually, I am buying for living neither flipping nor invest. But jade hill is extremely expensive.... Anything over a mil.....

Also, I had take a look into n92 2-S, outside attract me but inside is let me kinda disappoint cause 20x60 is very small but subsales is 630k. The small room in ground floor is even can't say a room, just an half room.... Besides, the facilities is provide without any sincerity, especially the swimming pool.... I think you got what I meant. Sorry for that, but no offend.... So now hope all taikor can giving me some hints cause looking a property for long staying is really not an easy...

Ya, I get what you mean. But for me buy for own stay not for flip/invest is different mindset. I got friends, relative, sibling, parent stay in kajang, and I familiar what's the amenities surrounding as well. Therefore I consider kajang only.... If i am looking for a new house, so far Ttdi, puncak saujana is just fine which is a standard house. But I am thinking to upgrade myself into a house something like n92 or th. So I'll going to visit th today.

After visit th, looking at the show unit, the design is modern, material is in quality especially the main door, large window glass design, all unit not facing west. So, it is quite impress me, and still got buyer come to visit the side as well... So, I do think that is the home I looking for. Now, place my booking fees and looking for home loan, hope able to get the loan so that able to settle my plan for this year.

What kind the freebies? Just 5% rebate as usual which lower the purchase barrier. But, I'm not really care about that, cause I just hope tropicana really put effort and sincerity to maintain and build up the place, and this is biggest plus point for those who welling buy the house with this kind of price in kajang.
Besides, I think there is very less such concept in kajang except jade hill, so I think there is a very potential to bring this kind of township concept in kajang as kajang ppl is looking for a homeland like that.

2-S, type 1B, as not much choice left. Housing price is 820k++, after rebate 780k++.
Very expensive as my parent and friend said so. But... I just hope to buy such high quality house for them to stay. So, there is not an issue to me as long as I affordable, and sometimes value is unmeasurable especially you are looking a home...

They still using the same name called Fairfield? But I believe they will use different name. I won't be unhappy if the phase 2 is mix with 3-S terrace and semi-D, cause the selling price will be 1mil++
Anyway, I think this is the experience developer, and I think they know how to play in this market.

Well, regardless how much of time need to taken to reach kl, I do think there is no much different where you stay, unless your company is located next to your door.
