It's one of the newer shoplots behind the hospital an nur cluster of shoplots...the sales office is not open yet but is not far away with the signage up

Yup...F&G only. Maintenance rm 170/ mth. There is a club hse with facilities but i think have to pay extra to join/use clubhouse
