That's why there's a word called Early Bird. Because they take their efforts, time, initiatives and buy a unit or 2 either for own stay or investment. Early bird get the early worm...means nice units will be gone first. By the time people post more info here, then its a rat race again among all.

Later missed out Early Bird units...complaint...missed out good units...complaint...price increase after Early Bird...complaint...tsk tsk tsk

They placed just next to Nadayu 92 and MKH Kajang 2. Those 2 pricing not cheap neither.

sometimes analysis have to done by ourself...near to surau or not that is another issue...u want or not early bird pricing, is another issue...

every township project will also have surau, its just the matter of your own acceptance, you may choose further away, some people doesn't care as long the early bird pricing suits them for now

those missed early bird pricing, later on will asked back the very same question..."i remember early bird pricing..." and the answer is always the same..."did you manage to get one? why you didn't get it on that time? well...that's too bad because you missed it"

Public transport wise, K2 plan to have a KTM station. This will benefit those relying on the MRT because MRT is located at KTM Reko Road. K2 KTM and Reko KTM is just 1 stop away.

TH cant survive alone and its riding on K2 access and amenities.. But between MKH and Tropicana, Tropicana seems have the upper on design and quality..

Yea.. need to know the place to know its potential..

if my opinion, the tunnel won't be close...there's few more light factories and a apartment developement may need to use the tunnel..

First...ask yourself, how do you feels about 450k property? New property I believe its almost close to 0% selling these days...unless u go to beyond Beranang property over there.

If you are season investor, please ask yourself. In a new township, first phase issit wrong to invest? Do you have holding power? If you afraid to invest in first phase...let go these both units...come back on the next phase then you will know how much you have lost and regret...hehe
