My concern also. Working in kl center.
If take so long to reach,y ppl still sapu? Even worse,u see eco hill even further away,also kena sapu.
Got better alternatives for new landed house nearer to kl city?

1 more thing to share. there is a high tension high voltage wire nearby.

Safe distance should be 2km away from it. I don't think TH is 2km away from it....

The clear safe distance from tension wires are 2km. I just checked with sales office its only 160meters away from construction site.

going to forfeit my booking fee 1k penalty. at least I don't have to suffer for the rest of my life for the amount I have to pay for the house, and yet risk my family's health rclxub.gif

At the very min 300m away pls. 160 is ridiculous. Many research already done on this internationally. It's ur money it's ur life(and ur whole family) . I am not willing to risk both. With 1M there is many other options and some more can get nearer to Kl.

I cannot see it clearly when making booking Bcoz it's opposite the construction site very messy. Imagine after everything completed nicely, this is going to stick out like sore thumb. Believe many will see and not willing to buy it as 2nd hand.

1k + credit card 2% forfeited. Now ask me send official letter and sign. Min 1 month b4 refund.

As I said, their money their health. Furthermore the build quality and material used very good. If not I wouldn't have booked.
Now waiting for other tropicana project launch. Free to shop again but with 1.3k forfeited.
I am now checking what is the distance of the new phase to the htc. Anyone have the info do share please.

New phase now is in tropicana heights called Fairfield. Refer to previous posts.

Don't bother. U see all the ht tower suddenly built along whole stretch of taman connaught? So many complaints yet nothing happened. And worst part, that is after taman connaught area already very well established.
Some more for kajang2 case, Tower there first only then they build house.

Bbw, stop harassing those who have purchased a unit la there la. I would have joined their circle if I haven't cancelled.
Tropicana is a good developer regardless of htc.
The owners in kajang2 already posted big banners against the HTC. Let's hope TNB do something no matter how slim the chance.
Now just recommend me a better place to own stay. Still searching.

Also, did anyone consider about density /population? If it's supposed to be planned to launch only semi D and bungalow after that, then convert to terrace, density will increase, making the 'planned township' no longer that exclusive anymore.
