First...ask yourself, how do you feels about 450k property? New property I believe its almost close to 0% selling these days...unless u go to beyond Beranang property over there. If you are season investor, please ask yourself. In a new township, first phase issit wrong to invest? Do you have holding power? If you afraid to invest in first phase...let go these both units...come back on the next phase then you will know how much you have lost and regret...hehe
