Sg long palm walk 3 lo, bbw say near to city, mature area, mostly chinese...so 750k fo dsl ok, can buy.


Confirm not semenyih, sibeh far traffic jam, only flippers buy there

I m not investment link.. and lately rarely got new project DSL.. My areas limited too... I tink BMC sg long equine park sunway eastwood there but too exp.. maybe more..

my guess.. dun spam..

Semwnyih belum lagi... it is just too future ahead I cant say.. but for these ten years .. hmm chase more many population needed to boost..

kajang is mix population.. but lots if middle class .. kajang must boost first b4 semenyih

with upcoming election pkacing anwar in kajang ( wah voting time luu).. may push the population to a non mix population ( u know what I meant).. this will make kajang resemblence to shah alam prop except setia alam areas... prop might be stagnant.. my 20 cents..

i wouldnt recommend SL n BMC anymore.. distance doesnt translate to time to travel.. probably u had nvr stay there n experience the rush hour everyday..

purchase from developer 450k -550k
upon vp boost 750k or 800k
