i sent my phone on 26 Nov
before send my phone to repair i make a call to ask them how long they need to repair my phone. answer is 4 working days for diagnose and repair

but end up, today they just call me say that my phone is done.

at the 1st week I chat with them every 3days to check my phone status.
2nd week check with them every day. still under assessment.
3rd week 2~3chat + email to them, they say will rise my case to someone.

and finally they say it is done almost 1 month time.
thinking to request for compensation because of their delay.


erm where & how can i complain to someone if after i receive back my phone and the issue / other issues is occur.

I didnt realize those jokers updated my firmware
Now its on hboot 1.54
Anyone has experience S-OFF on this?
I am only familar with revone on 1.44 not using rumrunner method

Guys, can anyone help me. I tried installing CyanogenMod using its installer. Followed all the steps untill middle of the process it says that the installer is not communicating with my device. And now my phone is stuck at the loader screen with the CM logo with infinite loops. I tried to restore / reboot but everything does not seem to work. It just goes back to the infinite loop. Please help!

keep on delay and get nothing~
hopefully my phone is well fixed.
if any issue occur after i get back my phone i think i better report to consumer association instead send to them immediately.

Put your claim in for the phone and costs. Your time and fuel and toll travelling to and fro from the service center, your claim filing costs too.

cant check the sensor date thru the es file explorer eh, inside the android_camera -> sensor, it show ov ov4688 4M. blink.gif

yup i hv friend his using butterfly s and his unit got this purple problem too. pm me if interested as he wish to sell rm1.3k , 3 months use only. thanks rclxms.gif

that kinda means mostly old batch stock of Butterfly S have that purple camera problem ?
Perhaps new batch stock do not have that problem then ?

Anybody can confirm this ??
