Now just hang off the phone calling from Digi. They call in to find out what happen to my phone as I file them to tribunal. Will forward all HTC repair report to them soon.

If you receive the phone BEFORE 9th, and the phone is properly repaired. You cancel the claim.

Why?
Because what are you claiming if its properly repaired?

But, I am very sceptical that the HTC One camera can be fixed, I believe all the Ultrapixel cameras are flawed. Anybody got a working camera with no purple tint or pink spots? Hahahaha.

If against DiGi, you will be speaking to Eileen I guess. After DiGi communicate with HTC, then HTC will suddenly work very fast and assign a specific HTC personnel to address your case.. at least, that's what happened with me.

Anyway, show no mercy when dealing with them. They are a business entity. You pity them, who pity us poor owners. They make our money, it is their job to provide service.

I have a perfectly working camera without any pink spot or purple hue after getting a replacement phone from HTC.

As an aside, I'm selling off my HTC ONE as I'm now on the fruity phone I bought while waiting for HTC to sort things out.

Opening for my fellow users here first. RM 1300 Firm. Almost brand new. Comes with all accessories in a box (IMEI on box and warranty card does not match as the phone was replaced and has a new IMEI). COD in Penang or KL (this weekend only).

That's the problem with Malaysia consumer, too lazy to complain and go through everything when product got defect.

yes...is Eileen call me just now. now I did not claim for camera issue. I am claiming for t9 keyboard missing.

Honestly say before digi action, HTC already assign a person handle my case because they also cannot believe their repair department can release phone with report which comfirm phone has software issue but still "return to end user without repair".

If this put to youtube...company image will spoilt.

Anyway, their courier also have problem. Even a staff handle my case, but courier not come to collect phone on time.

if phone confirm repair ok, then even u not happy also have to accept it. This almost same when we buy proton car. If got quality issue then follow procedure is send to work shop for repair. If after repair still have problem, then send to 2nd repair and they will try their best to service it during warranty period. Once warranty expired then we have to pay for it.

That why tribunal consumer claim state very clear is claim to trader.

she also not believe that i been sending 3 times, but phone still unable to make simple call, she promise to call me back within few day and request me on hold proceed tribunal .

lucky i did not listen to her.

i told her that i will proceed while waiting her answer. i can cancel any time if i got the solution

after 2 weeks, i don receive any call from her. even i did try to call her and leave a message to request her to call me back.

Good luck with your tribunal, let us know once the judge awards you refund and you have the cash back in your pocket.

Anyway I still proceed my claim, I did give advice to HTC. Now digi will follow up the case.

This is the lady that handle my case for the 3rd time. She said nicely will help and will solve the problem and so. then after the request got rejected then she straight away threw my case one side then now Miss nirmala or else handling my case. I already proceed to tribunal and waiting for hearing. Even i receive the phone, im still gonna proceed with tribunal and see what happen.

guys, how do you spot the purple tint issue? does it came originally when purchase or after been using a while? just got a htc one from my friend trade with my s4. lol

Btw can i put more a bot on d refund or according to the receipt of purchase.. sien la with this htc gving me back d phone with d same case.. mcm no repair after send for 2 weeks+..
