i sent my phone on 26 Nov
before send my phone to repair i make a call to ask them how long they need to repair my phone. answer is 4 working days for diagnose and repair
but end up, today they just call me say that my phone is done.
at the 1st week I chat with them every 3days to check my phone status.
2nd week check with them every day. still under assessment.
3rd week 2~3chat + email to them, they say will rise my case to someone.
and finally they say it is done almost 1 month time.
thinking to request for compensation because of their delay.
erm where & how can i complain to someone if after i receive back my phone and the issue / other issues is occur.
