Repair..slow slow wait la, average is 2 weeks.

The amount of HTC One in SC is scary, you think technician got 8 hands and 2 heads meh... lol.. slow slow wait lah...

If they work fast, don't repair properly, you guys complain. 3 days? Hahaha. You get back in a week can pray to God for thanks already.

As usual, I am jealous of you HTC One owners who do not have camera issues, you have the best phone of 2013!

I disagree. The phone itself, if its perfectly functioning as intended, it IS the best phone from a hardware standpoint. Sure, Snapdragon 800 phones are faster in benchmarks, but HTC One is still not "slow" in any apps you run. Just like how it makes no difference if you're using i7 processor or i3 processor when you browse lowyat forum.

But yeah, i understand your pain. I already explained how to file tribunal, not many people want to do it so you guys slow slow enjoy getting raped by HTC Malaysia

Now adriancs offer an alternative way to reduce the pain.

Tribunal is very very very very easy to file. Also you can call their hotline and ask them for advice. Very friendly.

You can cancel the hearing if you are satisfied with the phone. If the phone is still faulty e.g. purple tint, pink spot, go to tribunal with the phone.

Do not deny the phone as they will argue that they fixed the phone and you rejected it. Remember the purpose of tribunal is to help you (customer) if you are not satisfied. The tribunal is fair, so if you deny to accept the phone when its properly repaired, you won't win the tribunal.

1. File tribunal, it is against SenQ not HTC.
2. To get refund, you need to attend the hearing @ tribunal. There's a tribunal court in every state, check the website.

If your phone still faulty right now, no need to send it back, just file tribunal say your are not satisfied you want full refund.

What I would do if I were you
1. call htc, ask how long to fix it
2. if its too long and no replacement phone to use, e.g. 2 weeks or 3 weeks, i will call tribunal and ask first, say I am not satisfied i buy a brand new phone got problem, need to fix have to wait 2 weeks+, plus it is a super high end phone why have this problem
3. see what tribunal agent say..
4. the tribunal will be filed against Maxis, not HTC, in your tribunal you can request for money back, or request for another phone model of equal value or higher value if you top up, up to you whatever you want to claim, doesn't mean you will get it, but if its reasonable, the judge may grant it.

as always, call tribunal to ask for advice, it is FOC.

Nexus 5 bro..the build is quite far off the HTC One, but its a good phone.

I agree with you. I love sense, and I think you are right, HTC updates the software very fast. Haih, so sad HTC One got this flaw.

SenQ WILL pay you back, Tribunal Court will take care of that. Tribunal court is a REAL court, not play play. Why do you care what happens to HTC, as long as you get your cash back, thats what's important right?

I think they have no parts, they should ask customers not to send the phones in first. What's the point for them to keep the phone and keep customers phone-less.

Yup, provided you fight for your right and claim tribunal. Which is why I support and suggest people to do so. HTC One is a good phone, and we pay RM1900+ for HTC's top of the line..why should it be faulty?

Anyway, even with Nexus 5 in my hands now, I will say this. The HTC One is better build, the Sense UI is unbeatable (compared to Nexus & Samsung), and the HTC One physical dimensions are PERFECT for 1 handed operation. If the HTC One did not have the flawed camera, I will still be using it until today and will be very happy with it.
