buddy, ur pre bed (supper) try not to consume carb. True mass has like 70g+ carbs if i m not wrong, try to take some eggs or meat for that smile.gif

Actually carbs before bed isn't as bad as one thinks. Bob Chick's thread he was given a choice of a prebedtime meal consisting a protein shake, glass of milk, chicken and rice.

He chose chicken and rice.

I know what you're getting at, but Bob Chick did say that a
lotta things work well on paper. In real life doesn't apply. Heck, I just got to
know Terry sometimes eats a double pure minced beef burger post workout, which is also his prebedtime.

Dunno la. I thought everything once read and applied would get me good gains but it was only when i started going instinctual, my gains exploded. Instead of drinking whey and milk prebedtime, it's chicken and brown rice or egg whites and 2-3 yolks. Weird right?

Sure if you just want to look like a normal person. And 5 meals mean small meals. Not chunks of whale meat.

Wont having too much muscles cause you flabbiness later in life?
I had a school teacher last time who was a body builder.

Had the perfect abs and definitely made everybody wow.

He is 51 years old now - and all I can see now is skin dangling from his triceps and layers of skin dropping from his belly.

That scared me.

If he does not maintain it.. that would happen. Arnold Schwarzenegger (Young vs Old pic) didn't really maintain much and stopped taking roids, so it looks like his skin has sagged. However, any old age person will have sagging skin.

I've seen guys in their 50s who puts 20s - 30s yo to shame, really maintained their muscularity well. Of course steroids are always needed from time to time to maintain that kind of muscularity, as testosterone level of man does decrease when reaching old age.

post workout is very essential as 90 minutes after workout is the "window of opportunity" as ur muscle will absorb most the nutrients u took at that time smile.gif

Hi everybody, I'm currently on cutting stage trying to cut away all the excessive fat i have and hopefully get to see something on my abs blush.gif and the only supplement Im taking is Mitotropin by Gaspari.

Here goes:
Morning 8 half boiled eggs with 1-2 slices of gardenia somerset bread

prelunch/preworkout:
some milk and an energy bar around 15g of carbs

lunch:
steak or tuna salad or 2 piece of chicken breast

hi-tea:
almond and milk or just milk or sometime skip

dinner:
steak or tuna salad or 2 piece of chicken breast

after dinner 2-3 hour before sleep:
6-7 eggs

overall will cheat once in a while with some carbs or rice in the middle of day....sometime its hard to resist the craving
anyway will definitely finish 1 liter of low fat milk a day

what do u guys think?

Instead of eating 15 egg whites a day, take 4 whole eggs for your morning meal and before bed. Don't throw the yolks.
The yolk is packed with nutrients.

Are you taking enough dietary fat? You'll lose muscles if your dietary fat intake is too low when you're on low carb.

I wonder, is there any tips or training for someone who don't go to gym to gain a little bit strength and agility? Preferable doing at home.

I am asking this because I found that myself is a bit "bapuk" since I have a hard time to lift something more than 5kg for 10 seconds.

I am not looking for a high goal like bodybuilding or anything..I just want to have a decent body capability as a man.

The question, is it possible?

possible. eat lift n rest. make sure u take enuf protein for ur muscles to recover n rebuild. otherwise u wont get stronger. u workout in the gym, u get stronger outside, as u recover.
