Breakfast:
Cup Of Milk
2 Eggs
Lunch:
Chicken,Pork, Etc
Rice (Little as possible)
Vegetables
Dinner:
Whatever my mom cooks if at home
No snacks/supper cause I usually eat alot in each meal.
Pre workout:
2 whole eggs
Post workout:
Milk
Is it ok to eat 3 meal instead of 5?
I just can't stand being so full if i eat 5 times a day.
