Here goes:
Morning 8 half boiled eggs with 1-2 slices of gardenia somerset bread
prelunch/preworkout:
some milk and an energy bar around 15g of carbs
lunch:
steak or tuna salad or 2 piece of chicken breast
hi-tea:
almond and milk or just milk or sometime skip
dinner:
steak or tuna salad or 2 piece of chicken breast
after dinner 2-3 hour before sleep:
6-7 eggs
overall will cheat once in a while with some carbs or rice in the middle of day....sometime its hard to resist the craving
anyway will definitely finish 1 liter of low fat milk a day
what do u guys think?
