I wonder, is there any tips or training for someone who don't go to gym to gain a little bit strength and agility? Preferable doing at home.
I am asking this because I found that myself is a bit "bapuk" since I have a hard time to lift something more than 5kg for 10 seconds.
I am not looking for a high goal like bodybuilding or anything..I just want to have a decent body capability as a man.
The question, is it possible?
