possible. eat lift n rest. make sure u take enuf protein for ur muscles to recover n rebuild. otherwise u wont get stronger. u workout in the gym, u get stronger outside, as u recover.

get started bro biggrin.gif do bodyweight workouts or simple dumbell workouts at home.. tho i would highly recommend hitting the gym.. the barbell is your friend if ur looking for strength biggrin.gif
