Btw Dev lol nvr force anyone to buy. It's just regulation or procedure. If the project is not selling well, automatically Dev lol beg.

under the law, they are not allowed to forfeit let alone collect deposit during booking ..they can only collect upon signing of SPA..

so by making the buyers sign the last page of the SPA they think by doing this, its considered SPA has been signed and deposit can then be "legally" forfeited if buyers cant get loan when in fact only the last page was signed !

- my fren told me she was even made to sign it before the SA (as the lawyer was not around) when infact legal docs have to be signed infront of a lawyer

Oh I know this case. U have the right not to pay. If they force u then u report the forcing part. Not the scratching part or the no pay part. But if u pay then diff report has to b done. Either it's by force or........With threat. So u r assumption or example is diff would.

Just came back, left 2. 630 to 700psqf.

Not much facilities, seems like only a pool and small garden. Pricey.... Covillea n Savanna existing unit might be more attractive.

It happened before during BU days but the most dahsyat one is one of the launching 4 -5 years ago. I intended to Q and i received a call from a friend of mine saying that the Q already building up 1 week before. I thought he was joking but i found out the Q was really long one night before the launch. Next day, when i revisited i saw the glass door in front pecah because of one guy asked his maid to Q but when come to choosing the unit, the guy was still in his wet dream at home. Should have asked the maid to chin chin chai chai point one unit la. The ppl behind start pushing in and demanded the maid to skip since she cannot decide. Remember which project, no?

This kind of queuing game now not so "heng" d. Imagine got ppl putting up camp in front of your office. U r indirectly responsible for the safely leh. Also imagaine one row of ppl start eating and poo poo pee pee around of your office. Madness.

Thereafter they changed their strategy to balloting for one of the hottest commercial area in town. RM500k per ballot... madness. 400 ballot forms issue with total of RM200m was in the small ballot box.  Remember which project, no?

The problem with seng kong is there is no limit to staff allocation. Good project staff all sapu kao kao first. Better join the group if you really want a unit
