At RM700psf for small size of unit, and no more DIBS, etc, why not aim sub sale there?

U do have concern about the supply n demand. Suggest u wait for sub sale after 4 years, see if demand is still there then only get a unit cool2.gif

My friend can't even rent out her small unit at The Loft KL Sentral. Guess the rental market is quite bad now...
