You want the card? Sell u cheap cheap rm50. Try to queue early also starting 6am. Hehe. Price memang competitive to twin ard and km1 east leh. Test test market by berjaya

You never know... sub 500k free hold, facing golf, near lrt and major highway n chinese school, big park and sorrunded by banglos n expensive condo, singles and small family all saliva drooling

I guess some already plan to camp there oredi,

Those fully book claims might be dirty tactic to remove competition... hehe never know never know

Normally market like to buy 1st phase than last phase

Fuyoh, sure or not? Overnight queue. Wah 2nd phase if 1st come 1st serve might see maid, driver or etc queue 3 days in advance or sturdent for around rm500 per day.....
Reminds me of kinrara madness whereby people queue 1 week in advance then inp change to balloting.

Just came back, left 2. 630 to 700psqf.

Not much facilities, seems like only a pool and small garden. Pricey.... Covillea n Savanna existing unit might be more attractive.

Some details about this Link 2 Residence:
1) Only has basic facilities, such as Gym, Pool, Sauna, and etc
2) Title is under Commercial title but Berjaya is in the midst of appealing for residential title for the residence.
3) Maintenance fee is RM0.33 per sq ft

There is 2 e poster. One is exclusive invitation starting tomorrow 10am, i guess for those previous berjaya customer. One is official launch on Sat.

So those seriously wanna buy, no harm start queing asap to get best unit.... its a 500k purchase and while queing can keep thinking. I dont think not having the invitation they will stop u from buying

Those just look see can go saturday on leisure la.

Seems like km1 west. 1st block sapu habis manyak cepat. 2nd block slow slow mari for few months until thre next phase. And 1st block celebrating with good paper profit in short time.
