Quite true also.

there is some changes of the Berjaya's property development planning and strategy as well as their vision.

I predict nothing less than 750 psf since majority are smaller size apartments.

Just dropped by sale gallery in BJ.
Spoke to one SA, she is helpful but she do not know much on the condo project as not launch yet.
Only say about 500++ units, pricing 'maybe' 750psf, and launching Jan/Feb 2014, now can only do registration.
Shoplot sold about 60%.

600sf most probably studio w/o balcony facing bk Jalil recreation park.
Corner unit 1200sf.

total got 5 blocks...mayb SA told u is first 2 blocks to be launched only...

one block at least 200++ units....5 blocks....can calculate urself

not include commercial blocks

Phase 1: 2 blocks (30 & 35 storey)
Phase 2: 3 blocks (opposite the road) not sharing same compound with phase 1 residential, but that's a link bridge between commercial block phase 1 & 2.
