I received too. Looks like price starting from 700psf.

Do note 410k is only for Bumi meaning non Bumi need to fork out extra 5% which come around 430k.

Smaller(667sqf) unit only come with 1 car park and 760sqf only reserved for 2 car park!

It seems the price is much lower than what i thought for this GBI certified building.

If really at RM 700++ psf gross price, with such price, it is cheaper than Twin Arkz.

all 667sqf units are facing the main road whereas 790sqf units are facing the golf course. was told all 790sqf units have all been fully booked by internal staffs and business associates...as per the usual drillz

Nowadays RM700psf sounds so cheap even at BJ. Are we all getting richer or we have accepted the fact that property prices in Malaysia has increased so much that RM700psf is really cheap? Gong Xi Fa Cai!

You want the card? Sell u cheap cheap rm50. Try to queue early also starting 6am. Hehe. Price memang competitive to twin ard and km1 east leh. Test test market by berjaya

Tqvm for the offer, but i cannot afford this property ... Why need to queue early as there is no early bird discount.
