I'm sure you don't want your next door neighbour renting to a mechanic. But I agree on the rest. Link shops will always have their place.

My office based in Scott Garden. Surprisingly, Scott Garden manage to turn into both offices and own stay. Most of the tenants are locals.

Convert SG into red light district is pretty difficult since the security is pretty strict.

Am just concern on the upside of this shoplets @Link2. Selling price at RM1.5k++ psf for 1st floor, hv chance to move RM2k psf?
Anyone knows of any other similar shoplets selling price around KV?

Not for this Link2. Berjaya is too greedy, with this price i better buy DPC or 2 Link1. This is definitely a big bubble, i am laying back to see how much ppl vested in Link2 will pay for their mistake or over confidence.

Indeed impressive response. That is closed to 80% sales as i recall the majority part of the upper most floor is catered for food court, which is not for sale.
