The best units should be those facing golf view and these units also got morning sun, got a taiko here said all those units aledi sapu by internal staff, so no need to go so early la.

You never know... sub 500k free hold, facing golf, near lrt and major highway n chinese school, big park and sorrunded by banglos n expensive condo, singles and small family all saliva drooling

I guess some already plan to camp there oredi,

Those fully book claims might be dirty tactic to remove competition... hehe never know never know

Normally market like to buy 1st phase than last phase

i think still consider ok with that land size and compare with other launches nowadays,

Good.location land is getting lesser, developer need to maximize their profit on the limited land they still have and also make the pricing more affordable …

if you are looking from a developer perspective yeah its ok.
personally with 5 blocks 250 unit each total 1k+ unit?

comparative to twin arkz next door, it looks more dense

Rough estimation another 10K new condos in the pipeline, huge population in this area, otherwise Malton boss won't simply double the size of the Mall fr 1.0 mil to 2.1 mil sf nett lettable area. They know the game
