As far as I know, you have to form RA first to submit the consent letter to the LA. Once the developer get an approval from LA, only then they can build the fence.

already have temp guard and post guard.
Now collecting the remaining consent letter for the fencing.

I was told d min number of consent has been achieved?

Yup guys need to form interim ra and push uem to build fence and guard house before handover. That's what we did last time in our taman , consent for gated and guarded can apply later when you have form registered ra. Just sharing
