Any news for Eugenia? Which one is a better buy, Alam Sari or Serene Height?

For those owners of Serene, kindly share why did you choose Serene over other developments, thanks biggrin.gif

Yerp, the price increased a bit but absolute price is very tempting plus missus love the kitchen layout in Dahlia, very spacious biggrin.gif

SA told it "might" be open in September but depends on the management as well.

As per SA, Eugenia will be launch end of next month while Frangipani during end of this year. All future launches will have flat roof starting from Eugenia smile.gif

As per my last visit, there is still no picture nor scale model for Frangipani, only Eugenia is available. Size will be 24 x 75 and pricing is above 700K. They are currently focusing with Astrea upcoming launch and then Eugenia.

I think it is because of the pricing and location. With similar pricing, you can get better products in S2 or S2 Heights which is nearer to highway and by reputable developer as well. You should have a look at Serenia City by Sime Darby flex.gif
