A question guys, do you guys take afternoon naps? I rarely take them but nowadays, I find myself very tired in the afternoon(3pm) after studying and if I sleep, I wake up grumpy and dizzy. This results in me not being productive for the rest of the day. Can't cramp those facts in! Any tips?

I'm in the same boat, dude. Slept for three hours yesterday and woke up feeling like death warmed over. Not a great feeling. I don't usually nap. If I feel groggy, I'll have tea or something, or take a short break to watch a YouTube video or something. I find that watching videos or going on the Internet (ie: just staring at a tiny phone screen probably) keeps me from getting too groggy.

Dunno what works for you, but try to walk around a bit for five or so minutes, or do something else. It takes a bit of forceful focus, but it'll pass eventually (and come back full force around 10-ish).

Try not to eat too much for lunch. Take cold showers. Keep yourself moving at a quick pace. Slowing down and ~relaxing will put you right back in bed.

Thanks for all the tips guys. I'm going to power nap later. Gonna finish my Add Math module first.

So, how are you guys going to use the 4 days after Add Math and before Physics?

I'll definitely refresh my memory on Biology(the essay part) first, as it's the final subject for me. After that is done, I'll probably resort to focus entirely on Physic P2 and Chemistry P2. That's what I have in mind, but can't confirm it now for sure, as there may be a change in plans for the time being. 4 days sounds quite suffice, at least for me.

Yea, lots to read for Biology. I'll most likely spend a huge portion of the time reading Biology experiments. Physic and Chem experiments are okay, but Biology experiments are... ugh... too many and too long. Plus, I don't feel safe not reading those that already came out cry.gif

Anyways, my math teacher said that it is very dangerous to do plans and elevations in Math as the marking is very strict. He says they have a perfectly draw plan on a tracing paper which they use to mark it and if your off, your screwed. Was wondering if anyone's teachers told them the same thing? And anyone doing plans? I seem to find Earth as a Sphere annoying.

Yes, it's quite risky, but I've been drawing them since Form 4, so I guess it ain't really that daunting to me. You've got to be extremely precise on the length, and ensure that you have all of the good tools at your side. Every details that has been drawn will be inspect thoroughly, and you'll probably screw yourself even if there is an observable tiny dot on the edge of your drawings. That really irks me to no end, because I often spend lots of times redraw and re-erase them in order to get the near-perfect plan/elevation. But, this question is kinda straight-forward,so I will choose this questions as I've been trained for this for a year now, and not to mention that I lack exposure on Earth as a Sphere.

Really ? So cruel ? What if a student doesn't have / can't afford a proper ruler ? Is your Maths teacher an examiner ?

I do all the questions by the way , just to be sure . I've only drawn plans twice , once in Trials , another in Gerak Gempur .

bm: maybe 2 days b4 6/11/13, cuz bm really nothing much to study. for cerpen and syair those kind of things, i just 带过,never really study the tema and persoalan etc, since those things i can guess from the text given. and also, most questions are kbkk questions.

bi: less than 30 mins can finish, nothing really much to study. i already know step by wicked step well, and for both essays, i never read any essays. i just write whatever i can think about during exam. i only need to memorize the format of different kinds of directed writing.

my biggest problem is bio. 13 days till spm, and i only know, like 20% of the syllabus. shocking.gif screw it! get a C i satisfy already, since i am not going to further study anything about biology tongue.gif

My plans:

Currently I'm combating with the last two chapters of form five Sejarah, hope I can finish it by this week.

Then I'll start my BM next Wednesday, study all the KOMSAS and novel(long time never touch Papa, really long). And also, memorise interesting and bombastic phrases and points for essay. I'll spend more time on BM because it's one of the two subjects I'm not confident in scoring an A+, another one is English.

On Wednesday, I'll study English. Read some essays and gain some inspirations on what to write.

Starting from Thursday, study Sejarah like HELL. Go through and memorise every single thing within that six days. If I do not procrastinate a lot, I should be able to finish everything, hope so.

After finish Sejarah P3, proceed to science subjects in that three days(mostly Biology, but will mix with some Physics and Chemistry as well). Then I'll start my preparation for Math on Sunday.

Then, after finish Math, continue with science subjects. Next day(the whole day) I'll start Moral. After Moral, Add Math.

After that, in that four days, science subjects especially Biology, need to recall everything. Physics and Chemistry shouldn't be a problem. For Physics, I just need to recall certain chapters and concepts, like light. The same goes to Chemistry, need to recall salt, manufactured and soap.

At 27th of November, after finish tabulation of data for Biology Paper 3, I'm officially announced to be FREE. Only Bahasa Cina and Ekonomi Asas left for most of my friends.
