QUOTE(Alec.Yong @ Oct 27 2015, 10:23 AM) Yaya, I try to register the online banking, but end up give out.. I managed to register one after I brought my laptop to ICBC near to KLCC. That also means I cannot change my laptop. I noticed recently there is an iOS App which caters for ICBC overseas and I managed to login just to view my account details, to perform transactions again I will need to walk in to register for it. I will do it as it is much easier to perform via app than on my laptop.

It depends on banks' discretion and your friend is very lucky because MBB is famous for being stingy when comes to CL. Most of us only got 3x or slight more from them.

for ocbc titanium (or any ocbc cards), how to reduce credit limit?
asking here because OCBC thread page is still not up yet
called the cc and they mention i need to write and sign a physical letter? cant i just do it in email? anyone got the format/template of the said letter?
thanks
EDIT : can i just print out this page (https://www.ocbc.com.my/personal-banking/Cards/notifications.html), sign it and email it to them?
