Hey, i just got a deal from a shop which include a low quality (pirated) 2GB MSPD. I'm just curious, using this low quality MSPD, will i get any problems running intense games such as NFS Carbon, Daxter or MGS:PO and also those homebrew programs? If it cause problems, i might just get the standalone PSP and get a high quality MSPD.

(Sandisk 4GB = RM500, ouch~)

uhhh i don't get you. low quality UMD? 2GB? Pirated? Blur.... isn't that suppose to be MSPD instead of "low quality UMD"?

oh got my 2gb mspd from moresales... one q though playing Valkyrie profile on it when playing the video it have sound problem.. the movie goes fine but the sound have frequent stop as when the mspd indicator light is blinking. is it normal for this kind of mspd?

me too just got 2gb mspd from moresales.. but they changed it with non high-speed type(black color).. what's urs?

didnt try valkyrie yet but i play ridge racer,mgspo no problem. so far so good.

ok. just finish testing my second 2gb mspd it work like a charm.. no lag or such problem like what i have while running Valkyrie profile. so i think the first mspd might have a problem.... now do second time testing on the first one i try to format and put back new batch of file in it and see what happen.. if still the same hope moresale can accept return of item.

QD_buyer you might want to give a call to Djinn... as at the time of my purchase he still have 2 more stock... is u need it fast..

update: after reformating the mspd and putting new batch of file... the mspd look like can play like normal.. no more problem like before.. hope this will last.. hehehe

oh they are quite fast... heheh but make sure pay before afternoon la so they can send on the same day and not miss the poslaju pickup time.. hehehe if not it might take 2 days to arrive. Normal poslaju pickup time is between 3.30 pm to 4.00 after that it will be next day collection.

one question regarding MSPD... if i buy a 2GB *cheap* MSPD(meaning not ori or not from sony), is it enough for me if i just want to watch some movies or listen to music??? the speed and stuff like that not affected right?

transfer speed from pc to the MSPD is slow. Other than that is ok, no lag when listen music etc

I didn't found any problem with my 2GB from moresales.

i think should be the same, as long as after format, your memory stick is display 1939MB for low speed MS. If you have high speed MS, it should be display 1959MB.


Speed only slow when copy file from PC to MS, else working fine. Support China product as reasonable price. Cheers
