Hello All,
I am in Penang area and looking into venturing into business. I have capital and looking for business partners/JV or profitable businesses for sale. Hey sifus! Just wondering, if I were to sell my business, must I register it as a company (sdn. bhd.) first? My business is currently registered as sole proprietor only.
And how do I find people who would want to buy my business? |
