When you spend a minimum of RM1,999 but less than RM2,999 per month in retail purchases (local and international) on your JustOne Platinum Card as shown in your credit card statement, subject to a cap of to RM38 per month

When you spend a minimum of RM2,999 or more per month in retail purchases (local and international) on your JustOne Platinum Card as shown in your credit card statement, you will receive a petrol cashback cap up to RM48 per month

This will definitely hold me back with minimum spending...

It seem scb really desperate to get more customer as they lowered the min annual income requirement for ther cc ridiculously. 24k for plat 36k for wmc.

SCB is a lousy bank. Their cards are not worth getting as most benefits have been withdrawn as Gen-X already mentioned.

So no surprise now nobody wants their cards and they have to lower income requirements to attract people.

If you read the financial papers, there has also been reports that SCB may be in financial trouble and may be sold/taken over by other banks. Quite fitting for a lousy bank? i think their big boss also changed recently?

My personal experience with SCB also confirms how lousy they are. Until I have to ask Bank Negara to intervene and take action then only they apologize and admit their mistake. Their branch in Kota Damansara also lost a lot of staff, including the manager leaving for PBB, assitant manager leaving for other banks and so on. You go there and you see how demoralised their existing staff are!

Their branch in PJ old town also the same. Understaffed as too many already left! All these are signs of a bank in trouble...

That's actually the only reason that I want to apply for SC credit card. But being a foreigner, with my income right now they say I can't apply for it. Ah well.

Just got a call from Price solutions when I wanted to cancel my Card.

Offer 10,000 bonus points to offset GST for my Principal Card and 5,000 Points for my supplementary Card

Offer RM50 Cash Back for both Principal Card and Supplementary Card.
