Yes. Every year before the GST charge, I will call them, tell them that GST going to charge me. Then ask them to give me cash to waive the GST. If they say give me RM50, I will ask for more, because I tell them that I will not earn any from the RM50. Then ask for RM100 or RM150.
After deduct the RM50 GST, I still earn RM50 or RM100.

i've spent rm7k+ during that period and i'm still waiting for my rm300 parkson vouchers too.

I also waiting for my rm200 voucher...2 of my colleagues received it last week..they received 300..Maybe they distribute by batch? distribute to rm300 qualifier first then rm200 then rm100?

one by one received the vouchers already.
left me alone... 

Got a call from Citilink last Saturday. Said failed to deliver to my home but my house always got people inside. So I went to self collect at their office. Take whole stack out (30+) tied with rubber band and one of them was mine. So maybe many not received their vouchers are with Citilink. 

just called to standchart, cs told me that my parkson vouchers already couriered out to me.

when i ask to check:
1) how much is the vouchers amount? he said he doesn't know.
2) when they posted out? he said he doesn't know.
3) which courier company delivering it to me? he said he doesn't know.

         

i'm currently still holding this same cc with yours. it used to be a good cc but not now anymore. i have many other cc with me and i rarely used it nowadays. will terminate it soon too. go for mbb2amex or aeon watami or hlb wise.

Just got a call from SCB, they said that the amount i spent was less from 20th September to 20th November only 4K++ but i made a huge one huge transaction 5K on 10th September. I thought the promotion period is from 5th September to 5th November. Argue with them also no point. Bye Bye SCB. Make up my mind to cancel the CC.

you should insist them to transfer call to their cancellation dept right away.

i waited 2 weeks or more to cancel my cards, nobody called me and I called three time into 1300888888 until NOW i still cannot cancel and talk to the cancellation dept. WHAT A SHIT BANK

PBB cancellation took merely few minutes on the phone.

just called to cancel my stanchart business platinum. need to take 5-7 working days for the retention team to call back.

yes, i did. but their card retention team doesn't even call me back until now!!!   

i told the cs to just cancel it because i really don't need those lousy cc anymore (don't need the retention team at all for my case). but still, she said the procedure is to wait for the retention team to call back. 

but if they still not cancel it while i totally forget about it... suddenly after few years later i got many late charges and finance charges due to the interest came from the gst.
