just wait la...SCB so generous, y want complain so much?
SCB keep giving free cash and item all the while, treat us so good, but you guys go complain so much to BNM?

yeah, i will not complain to bnm since I received quite a number of benefits from scb. however i just feel unhappy with the delay and also the cs who doesn't know anything that i'm asking.

That sort of mentality is why we get 3rd world service.

SC give us freebies because they're nice people or as marketting so we buy their product? Do we 'owe' them free pass when they don't live up to their own T&C? Don't treat companies like your friends, because they don't care about you one.

I receive mine two week ago. Which I doesn't even know I won something until i open it. It's a rm 300 voucher parkson delivered by citilink. Be patient bro. I am still deciding to keep this card anot....

you may try to call as some of us here in lyn did get satisfactory reply from the cs.
however, for my case, i did call to ask but below was what i got from the cs:

Damn. SC just reduced my credit limit from RM7000 to RM1500. Could it be because I pay all my balances at the end of the month, giving no revenue to Standard Chartered?

that cannot be the reason bcs most of us are doing that every month.
better call the cs to clarify.

I got my voucher but only rm100..while i am supposed to get rm200 voucher...called SC and lodged a complain yesterday..they said will call me within 24 hours but until din receive any call..

btw, my voucher was delivered through GDEX...
