I got my voucher but only rm100..while i am supposed to get rm200 voucher...called SC and lodged a complain yesterday..they said will call me within 24 hours but until din receive any call..
btw, my voucher was delivered through GDEX...

Just got a call from SCB, they said that the amount i spent was less from 20th September to 20th November only 4K++ but i made a huge one huge transaction 5K on 10th September. I thought the promotion period is from 5th September to 5th November. Argue with them also no point. Bye Bye SCB. Make up my mind to cancel the CC.

Abit pissed off with this bank...call to cancel my card on 12/2/2014 and card now still active after online checking...they promised that the card cancellation team will call within 5-7 days, but no call whatsoever...

Updates: Entering into 4th week, but still no call from card retention team..getting restless...call their customer service also point, as they said still need to wait for card retention team to call...

Updates: I still din receive call from card retention team. However, when i check online banking for my card, it already been cancelled. Wow, not even a call or SMS from them...could be mass termination by lot of card holders...
