Wondering how your know this land cheap..I buy the first phase of terrace house..it around RM290psf. And inside the SPA I'm paying RM65 pdf for the land. Do you think it reasonable compare all the high-rise in KL reaching RM600 - RM1,000psf ?. Even Seremban 2 also selling at RM600,000 for their terrace house.

I don't know how cheap is cheap?

Raw land is cheap as I know...as I also looking for a just vacant land around Sg Merab, Bangi..land without any infrastructure with agriculture title offering around RM40psf.

yes raw land especially agri status is cheap but the min size 1 acre i think, u can built your house and also gardening planting fruit trees, ada modal buat rumah sewa thumbup.gif

why so long, this is IOI project not cikai2 developer... call and follow up with lawyer for your SPA copy.

Maybe due to the loan reject unit? Perhaps the most possible factor should be GST coming, some buyer still want to hold on for a while and see what is GST impact 1st? hmm.gif

i suggest the best way better reg/ ask developer directly, people will inform here only after they sapu already.

I think my bank already released the 1st paymet to developer. When i checked online,there is new loan acc in my maybank2u acc.
