100k+ more is additional rm500 more installment permonth.. not to mention Avens maintenance fee is crazy expensive (strata title), add in another rm300 to rm400 maintenance fee..

And if you only have small family.. to clean a 3 storey house can go kisiao.. shocking.gif

so terresse is individual title? i tot is strata
+ got clubhouse n ioi branded
i dun think maintenance fee ll lower than rm200
avens design look better, my personal taste icon_rolleyes.gif

The ones in Bandar Seri Putra looks all taken up. The ones facing main road should be good.

if its strata, it would have written Gated and Guared like their Almyra service apartment

Usually they dont enforce residents to pay for clubhouse unless it is part of strata compound, but it is not strata. some are optional. At most you need to pay for Guard services..

I'm not good with estimation, but from the photos is it safe to estimate that the road width 40 ft (or less)?

Anyone know whether the connecting road to Semenyih as sketched here is referring to a new road or current Jalan Bangi Lama? hmm.gif hmm.gif

I presume Bangi Avenue is just about 1km from this project, both will be using the same toll access.. Bangi Avenue shall be closer to the Bangi komuter station while this project is just beside the NSE toll..

Anyone mind to share the pro and cons if compare this project with Bangi Avenue? Price psf, design and layout, landscape, etc? hmm.gif

Oic, so this still referring to the Jalan Bangi Lama then.. Yeah, been using this road few times go to Alam Sari and EPF training center...

Too bad, not a new road... Bangi Avenue just about 2km ++ from EcoMajestic... Unfortunately, they just don't have any new connecting road that can link up the two townships.. It will be mutual beneficial as it will grant convenient access for both townships residents to use the NSE and LEKAS highway..
