Only 2% discount? Cannot compete with Youcity Cheras by PJD. Last year launching 2nd phase You Vista, they offered 10% preview discount + 2% speacial discount + DIBS (no more this year). But price psqft totallt different, this apartment is RM380psqft compare to Youcity with RM600psqft.

the location is very close to southville city by mahsing..

frm master plan, looks like the high rise are 50% and landed are 50%...

This area has a better mix of highrise and landed..

the density is average out by the surrounding landed around Seri Putra, Mahkota and Bangi Avenue.. more landed than highrise in this region.. lower density than SV..

ya, i also think it's better compare to southville, southville main core is the high rise...too huge density...

this IOI is better mix, more exclusive view...price i think is slightly expensive than southville but still acceptable...

has the floor plan changed..specifically on the BU size.
IOI website indicated 2510 sqft but yours shows 2,716 sqft

So if inter unit RM268/sqft? compared to 290 as advertised on website?

wow..the 1240sqf unit can squeeze in 4 bedrooms+3 bathrooms...the living+dining area, and the bedroom size should be quite small...

all 4rooms can put in 1 double bed queen size
