i never plan to get WC system but since is seem to be the next big thing .. i guess... hmm what total cost...

Checked the Sapphire custom R9 290's PCB layout exactly same as reference card, if can get the Sapphire 3 fans cooler installed on the reference card i believe the result will be good too.
