I got another ASUS R9 280X DC2T 3GD5 yesterday (from feiton), rm1,275 c/w Battlefield 4 include shipping to me.

3 years warranty, custom, power phases, low noise, cool, concrete chokes, etc. You know the drill.

This according to NewEgg currently sells for USD 420 (x3.25=1365+80shipping=1445).

Best draw your own conclusion.

Toxic don't come with BF4.
Dual-X, R9-290/X and a few other model come bundled with BF4.

I usually get from Ideal.

The truth is I needed the card on Wed, Feiton committed to send out on Tuesday and price is reasonable.
So I thought to give new blood some support, otherwise established shops may get cocky. tongue.gif

i say fail move on the Ref cooler and they should just release to 3rd pt mfc on Day 1 or Week 1.

wow, kinda a sweet gpu to get it. the performance is juz a little bit behind 290x & 780 ti.

Checked the Sapphire custom R9 290's PCB layout exactly same as reference card, if can get the Sapphire 3 fans cooler installed on the reference card i believe the result will be good too.

For those 7950 Vapor-X owners... Did you hear any high pitched noise when doing a Render Test in GPU-Z? Mine has a pretty audible noise... (coil whine I think)

Mine used to have coil whine when the FPS is over 1000, now no more. Just use MSI Afterburner to limit global frame rate to 200 if you really concern about the noise.

Sometime its the PSU though.
