Use BetterBatteryStats, free from xda developers site and you can see what apps are holding wake locks, ie waking up your device for that 1 hour

Turning on the airplane mode does not means the phone will totally in sleep mode. Your apps still woke up to sync or do whatever it wants but it may gave up on data request since it can't get connected.

You may need apps like Greenify or Profile Scheduler etc. to fully control it. Anyway, 2% over 5 hours ++ is good already. I have 1 - 1.5% per hour.

Err, since you turned on the airplane mode at night, would it better to switch off the phone? Unless it serve you as alarm clock.

I have compared it with a lot of flag ship and ours is very bad when it comes to low light environment but unless our phone comes with HTC One ultra pix camera of Nokia's 40+ Megapixal camera, we wont be able to get the so call good camera phone hahaha ...

Fastest way is copy paste the folder of your picture and songs in your phone to your computer. Usually stored in Picture , DCIM , Music, or other folders that have pictures/music in it. You can also look for notification, ringtone folders if you have anything stored there.

I am using that. It will be much more user friendly compared to the previous one they have suggested. (At least to me hahaha

Considering myself lucky to get a "faster" cpu binning.
Duno what is it for thou… ><

Attached Image

p/s: Found some ppl claiming that their cpu binning changed after flashing different kernel. True? Btw I'm now with CarbonRom + Hellscore kernel. And my antutu benchmark is as below.

that mean you have a (generally) better CPU. it usually means you can over clock higher and under volt lower.

nope. the CPU will not change by changing Kernel / rom. but some kernel may interpret the bin number differently. Stock kernel has the following numbering:

CODE
enum pvs {
       PVS_SLOW = 0,
       PVS_NOMINAL,
       PVS_FAST,
       PVS_FASTER,
       PVS_UNKNOWN,
       NUM_PVS
};

https://android.googlesource.com/kernel/msm...puclock-krait.h

Meaning, slow=0,nominal=1,fast=2,faster=3

base on my experience, he did not check the rom...he just know that the button is indeed a problem. maybe because it is a common problem.

I tried before using Airdroid to connect using wifi, and when copy paste the files to /system directory, it not allow because it is read only (not write).

I haven't try connect using USB cable, will try this way and see if it allow to copy paste.
