please help me. any way i can recover my stuffs?

i was on 4.2.2 custom rom CM stock kernel.

i backed up my stuffs using titanium backup, and nandroid online.
then i update my 4.2.2 to 4.3

the thing is i forgot to transfer the backup file from the phone to PC

when i installed 4.3 titanium backup to my phone, i realized my data is gone..
sms, whatsapp conversation, new contacts.

i know google saved my contacts, but it is not up to date! before i update, i check that google sync is ticked, and saved to my email. but then when i restore it back, the calendars, the contacts i have recently put in is all gone!

please help

having problem lately with network..

sometimes, theres no network at all for my phone
- put flight mode, then off, still no network
- *#*#4636#*#*, choose gsm or whatever, also not working
- data sometimes from H+ drop to E or G out of sudden

need to restart only to get network back

what may be the culprit behind this?

is it because i swap between pa and carbon rom with dirty flash or why?related to radio or not?

LG is 1.2 A.... samsung is 2A... please bear in mind the cables play a part. I bought some thinner 2mm cables, the charging is slow. Now Im using the 3mm cables, its faster. but my nokia cable is 6inch   waiting for the new one to arrive. 

Does it hurt battery lifespan using other brand charger?

guys, wta. my phone charging with a peed of a snail. 2 hours charging, went up 35%. I did not use the phone(playing games or turn on data) while charging. Is it normal to have slow charging?

I use the samsung travel adapter, 1A output.
