Don't think anything is certain now... But if he is to leave Stamford Bridge, I think it's our lost... a very good potential striker... He's not even in his prime yet... but he's banging goals like nobody's business... and he's doing it week in week out since his loan stint at the Baggies...
*
Ya. He is a striker in Drogba's mould. To be honest, I think his pace is better than Drogba. He can even be better than Drogba if he is given the platform to perform. brows.gif

What we really need now is a predator in the box. Let's hope there's some cheap bargain this January. Loan Ba, then maybe sign 1 in the box finisher. brows.gif

impossible is nothing when under theĀ  monies of a Roman. Still remember so dahsyat when he threw RDM away even after winning UCL..don't play play

Thats why bro....Roman sometimes is quite demanding and we don't quite know what is he thinking. When RDM won us the UCL, I thought RDM will be given chance to rebuild the team. But he wasn't even given 1 full season to rebuild. Just mid way, then kena kaboom. Scary mang.

After watching the video for Imbula, I think he is the perfect pairing for Ram. He is all physical and skill. Ram has all the stamina. brows.gif

When I see JM putting Ram, Mikel and Lamps, I knew something was up. brows.gif Very clever of JM to put these 3 together.

By playing Ram, Mikel and Lamps, Mikel will just sit bak and steady the ship. Lamps can do his trademark runs from midfield. By having Ram and his energy, he can always cover Lamp's position. Very clever indeed by the boss.

I think Mata and Willian these type of players will be used in the Champions League. Where the tie gets tricky and where the game can be won just by a minute of brilliance (example of Mata'a magic). brows.gif

And Azpi seems to be playing quite well attackingly and defensively on the left. Although I prefer to see Cole on the left and Azpi on the right. But Mou seems to fancy Azpi over Cole on the left these days.

Seems like there are no 'untouchables' players this season eh? Even Cole who is always consistent imo is dropped and Azpi is ahead of him in LB position. On a side note, I think Ram is Mou's new 'untouchable'. XD

Yup. I think in the future when Lamps retired, we might see Ram + Oscar for our pivot midfield pairing. Give Oscar sometime, I think he can develop into our next Lamps. brows.gif

dont really like oscar general play....while he may be clinical and sharp in front of goal....but he is yet to impose himself in the centre of midfield like what lampard used to, xavi, fabregas, pirlo.... hes unable to hold the ball in the important area n easily lose it when challenged physically...

hard for chelsea to really control game if our playmaker is like this....
*
Yup. Oscar is something like Kaka I would say. Clinical in front of goal, good shooting skill. He still lacks a bit of physical to his game. If he could build up his physical side of game, he will be a handful to defenders. biggrin.gif

Well, I would say give Oscar some time to develop. And see how he develop from there. Maybe he can develop into a different and more efficient type of player.

I remember Barry was a left midfielder back in his Aston Villa days. Then suddenly he is playing centre midfield and has never look back since. Don't know why, but I hope that Oscar can develop into a Pirlo type of player. Deep lying playmaker, with an eye for goals. brows.gif

About the AMF position, was thinking why not give KDB a chance? If not mistaken, he played in the AMF position when he was on loan in Bremen. And also I think Lucas Piazon might excel in the AMF position. Quick feet and with an eye for goal. thumbup.gif

Spurs spent so much in the transfer market and look where it landed them? Soldado not scoring from open play, Townsend looks not as decent as his time in QPR, Eriksen....meh, Lennon off form.

On a site note, I've always imagine Dembele playing for us. Dembele and Ram/Mikel seems to be a good combo. thumbup.gif

I got a feeling Mou will start Hazard, Mata and Shurrle/Willian tonight. Oscar played full game against West Ham right?

Wow, to be honest, I was a bit shocked by our lost when I see livescore.com this morning. But luckily, Steaua and Schalke drew and now we're through the knock out round.

A bit mystified by Mou's decision to play 10 of the same player who played against West Ham. Should have gave Cole, KDB, Mata a start to boost their confidence imho. But maybe Mou has a tactic to follow.

In the end our job for group stage is done. Meaning that the last group stage game we can totally field our second team and in the mean time focus on the hefty fixtures in the EPL. brows.gif

I guess it will take a long time for Mou to push Mata as his starter. Mou to date still like all round players that can do track back (Oscar, Ozil, Sneijder). It's his philosophy. And since he is in charge now, it's very hard to foresee Mata starting matches.

I would say for now, it's totally up to Mata. Either he up his game and provide some track back run, or risks being traded off in the Jan transfer market. It really will not surprise me if Mata leaves in the Jan transfer market.

Even if he does leave, I believe Mou will sign someone (maybe not a big name) but someone that is capable of organizing the attack and provide track back and defensive cover.

I know all of us is disappointed that our player of the season for 2 years in a row is not starting games, but guys....KTBBFH!

WOW!! MaZaCar combo! I'm anxious to see our performance now. brows.gif Although excited, but will have to keep my feet on the ground. Mata, Hazard and Oscar have not been playing together lately. It might take some time for MaZaCar combo to click. Just keep our fingers crossed that Mata is raring to have a go and display what Chelsea is lacking at the moment.

Southampton is a very strange team. They play a high line and their attacking players, wingers, strikers, all tend to pressurize opponents high up in the field. Maybe Mou saw this and decided to go with the quick passing of MaZaCar combo. brows.gif

It will be an exciting match today. rclxm9.gif Is Luke Shaw playing? Hope he is playing, we were once rumoured to sign him as a future replacement for Cole.

Anyways, great results. Didn't watch the match though, internet troubles at home. So any knight in shining Blue armour can give me a good highlights/full match link. Highlights as in goals AND ++. biggrin.gif

Wow. Bro ada beli toto? rclxms.gif

Good win for us. Especially against Southampton which is doing quite well recently. 1 win down, 8 more to go. Arsenal might slip up with the hectic fixtures plus i think they are playing against the top teams in the december's 9 matches. This is the best time to play catch up and pounce on Arsenal's lead. biggrin.gif

Haha. Ever since the mistake by Luiz in one of our game, I remember it was something like a bad back pass which conceded a goal. Ever since that game, Mou opts for Cahill + Terry combo. thumbup.gif Mou seriously is no nonsense yo.

Agree with Ichi. Luiz + Cahill will be the pair for our future CB pairing. I foresee Iva playing at CB as his age increases as well. brows.gif
