Firstly I also booking A1, after thinking a week I got to
change my mind. I spent almost RM500k for no room,
I felt... emmm.. a bit not worth, finally I get A5. At least
got 1 big 1 small room and I hope can get better rental in the future.
This is just my opinion la... I bought North tower!
We’re neighbor now! Haha..

Congrats on your purchase! North Tower studios have better facing as they are either facing SE or NE only.

I would recommend against OSK -- you can search the forums on OSK previous projects e.g. You City and Pangaea, and expect to find several complaints about unfulfilled promises, poor management, unsatisfactory workmanship, etc.

Older apartments like Shang are larger, also freehold but I see many people letting go. Not sure if it is due to maintenance issue or occupants' problems. High Park is attractive due to the location, facilities and Gamuda. But for this kind of price, can one consider other options in PJ vicinity?

Looking at the duplex 840 sqft for own stay, is it worth the price tag (900k)?
