means like guarantee by GAMUDA.
He also told me if the service charges higher than RM 0.50 , the surplus will bear by developer.

As I know majority developer project's maintenance + sinking in market rate is = Rm 0.38 to rm0.44 [I] for high end & luxury serv apartment.
so call IconCity from MxhSing Bhd in LDP maintenance is RM 0.70 ++ now.
Highpark is 0.45 + 0.45 = RM 0.495/psf is max rate. for almost 4 acre facilities.

For me, should be so far so good, reasonable lah. hmm.gif hmm.gif

Yes. Freehold with consent. As i knw, same as FREEHOLD, just need get state authority's approval when you sell it.
Last time HighPark is leasehold land, now converted to FREEHOLD with condition. Basically is no different smile.gif

In my opinion, KLCC area SOxO mostly for tourist and airbnb purpose.
HighPark is SOHO under HDA, mostly for PJ local (ownstay), working adults frm other place, rent by some lectures & UNI students.
and then (Existing building) The Grand SOFO can proof it. hmm.gif
