I'm thinking whether its because they provide free shuttle bus to LRT and paradigm more daily, facilities etc.

I see

Management no longer provides free shuttle van to LRT and Paradigm Mall daily. They said it's underutilized, where in fact many people are using it daily to work lol

I also cannot brain why the maintenance fee is high compared to surrounding. My guess is most likely the upkeep of common facilities and for management since majority of units now are running airbnb

I see.. kinda expected it won't be so sustainable..hope they keep the facilities well maintained as they are charging so high
