The small print at the big advertisement board says 294 units left. So, overall sold is only 43%, or 71% if exlude the 40% Bumi lots. Is my calculation correct? Saw the latest sales chart today. South Tower about 320+ units booked. North Tower level 7-10 studio units almost fully booked. North Tower comes with kitchen cabinet, aircond and washing machine. Expecting better response for studio units in North Tower due to more desirable facing (SE and NE) vs. NW and SW for South Tower. Price starting from RM460k.
