I just found out that they purposely dont want to make an entrance from Jln Kemuning to the highway with Kota Kemuning bound, can only go towards Alam Impian bound. |

For the case of AI, my gut feel is that there will be a drop in pricr as there are a lot of flippers there. Many units for sale for the earlier batches.
