On another note, my guess is that they segregate all the owners on key time collection. Mine is in the morning 9-9.30am!!! shakehead.gif so early!

For the case of AI, my gut feel is that there will be a drop in pricr as there are a lot of flippers there. Many units for sale for the earlier batches.

That's true but it'll only come into effect 1st April 2015. That's 1 1/2 year from now. There are still time for "activities".

Yesterday I got my keys to P2 already. Overall, good experience. Not many took their keys yesterday. Seems like only 20+ took. The rest still pending. I've also signed on the f&g or was it g&g form. Anyway, signed dy lah.

No satay but got buffet. Ok la. Never expect to be served 3 star lunch.

For those who are wondering about the rm600 maintenance,it's for the next 6 months maintenance fees for the contractor to keep our area safe and maintained. After this 6 months, MBSA will take over on the area maintenance part. However, the guards etc will go back to the residence committee.

That's all for now....

So far so good. Got a bit minor defects here and there la. Nothing is perfect. Just need to spend some time to jot it down and get the contractors to rectify it.

I believe no matter what the case is, property prices will continue to rise. Perhaps next year, it'll 'stabilize' but when GST kicks in, everything will go up. It is already spoken by SP Setia's CEO that building material will rise because of GST.

So, people who wants to buy for either investment or own stay, just do it anytime when you are able to.

Am really cross yesterday. Went to see my unit and to my surprise the agents hanged their "for sale" benners outside my house!!!!! mad.gif mad.gif mad.gif

I never said I wanted to sell it off!!!! vmad.gif

I told the guards to take these banners off immediately. How can these bloody agents hang their banners without the owners consent!?!?!?!?!

For all pentas owners, you'd better check your house if you are not selling.

Yes, hanged on the gate. These are real traspassers!!! They do not have any right to hang anything on our property. I really detest these type of agents. Been calling me frequently and asking me whether am I selling or not. I specifically say "No" but they still wanna ask "why not", this and that!!! vmad.gif

Not everyone who bought the house there is planning to sell!!!

There should be a law on these traspassers!!!

Imagine, you were away for a few weeks and you left your car outside the house. Suddenly, come back and saw there's a banner hanged there "Car for Sale"!!!!! vmad.gif too much dy!!!!

How high do u want bro? I just came back from looking at my unit there, I can safely say that the ceilings are HIGh! Even if you put a ceiling fan, I don't think it'll ever touch our heads or even our hands when we put them up! Bear in mind that I'm 6 feet.

I saw got 1 or 2 houses there occupied with family dy. guess it's a matter of time that it'll be filled up!
