finally it can start next week as reno permit just received today. May not move in during CNY, since not many move in yet. Dont want to be pioneer.

But I hope those owner who wish to own stand & coming to start the reno work can update on this forum about the status. If this ppl really come, our P13 committee can do something on it. Of cause for those who are not P13 committee member please joint us, cause this will be our "HSH" notworthy.gif thumbup.gif

Dear all,

Anyone can advise which bank is better, RHB or citibank? Both offer same rate BLR-2.5. The difference:
RHB: semi flexi, no lock in period at all, can put in extra cash without notice but withdrawal must give notice 1 day earlier without any charges
Citibank: fully flexi and no monthly fee, no lock in period if sell or settle by own fund but have 6 years lock in period for refinance
Appreciate your feedback.

Thanks.

Have chosen Citibank earlier. Same conditions. I like flexi loan, any extra cash put in will be able to cut my loan interest.
