Ijust posted below at my Facebook Page:

I have been promoting the Maybankard 2 Cards for years simply because the AMEX gave us 5% cash back for any type of transactions including Petrol and Groceries that form a major part of our expenses. With the government imposing 6% GST, live has become harder for many and now even worst for credit card holders with Maybank's evil action (during the month of Raya the 5% cash back will be revoked except for Dining).

But I have not abandoned you guys like what Maybank will be doing to you. If you are looking for alternative cards to replace your Maybankard 2 Cards, I have good news for you. I am pleased to present to you GenX's Recommendation of Credit Cards. Please share my recommendations with others so that they too can benefit from it.

Click the link below to GenX's Recommendations of Credit Cards:

http://generationsxyz.blogspot.com/…/gen...mmendations-…

In the above mentioned article, I have listed several cash back credit cards where the minimum annual income requirement starts from RM24K that are good replacements for the Maybankard 2 Cards AMEX. However, you may need to hold several combinations of cards to achieve the same effect of the Maybankard 2 Cards AMEX where the 5% cash back was applicable to all types of transactions.

I have briefly mentioned the Pros and Cons of the cash back credit cards recommended plus other types of credit cards for other types of specific wants, i.e. Frequent Flyer Miles and FREE entries to airport lounges.

Maybank will also be reducing the FREE entries to Plaza Premium Lounge with their Visa Signature and Visa Infinite to just 5X. But if you hold the Maybank 2 Cards Premier, I will show you how you can get 20X or 25X or even 45X FREE entries to airport lounges worldwide!!!

Even with just 5X Free entries to Plaza Premium Lounge, the MBB VS still not too bad as it earns the cardholder 5% cash back for Petrol and Groceries EVERYDAY where you can earn up to RM88/month or RM1,056/year.

As for the MBB VI, we started off with only 5X FREE entries only with Priority Pass Membership Card, so, add the 5X FREE entries to PPL nationwide, we still get 10X FREE entries to airport lounges. So, it's still 100% increase from the day I got my MBB VI, hahaha.

Why not show how to use each card to maximise CB from each part (utilities, petrol, groceries) like last time. This time no tutorial for CB?

Gen-X, time to revise your entry again. HLB Wise no longer issues Gold card effective 1st July, only Plat card. tongue.gif
