Gen-X, time to revise your entry again. HLB Wise no longer issues Gold card effective 1st July, only Plat card. tongue.gif

You are on the right track looking at MBB Islamic MC Ikhwan.

If you don't mind cash back cards, then check out the FREE FOR LIFE Maybank Islamic MasterCard Ikhwan where it gives you 5% cash back for petrol and Groceries up to RM1K spending. Alternatively, if your Petrol combined with Groceries hit RM1K and it can be split to minimum 10 swipes and each swipe no less than RM50, check out HLB Wise Platinum where it gives you 10% cash back, and even after deducting annual fee, you'll still be getting 7.5% cash back.

For groceries if you can perform the purchases on Fridays and Saturdays, once again, look at Maybank Islamic MasterCard Ikhwan.

For dining, how much you soend? If a lot on weekends at places that accept AMEX, then the Maybankard 2 Cards is good.

OT: I was waiting for my EM to update my activities but until today not yet updated for my last month's flight to Munich.
Just called the CS and they said usually travelling in One World airlines takes longer time to reflect. I have to reply her email with my boarding passes and itinerary, luckily I still have them. sweat.gif doh.gif

I saw 50% off to Beijing and the travelling period just suits me. God bless me to get one return ticket. Business class or not doesn't matter, at least economy class. Promotion ending 14.07.15. sad.gif

1. Annual Income: RM100,000

2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: yes i want, also for supplementary

3. Card required for: Grocery,Fuel, Shopping

4. Existing credit cards if any: Citibank cash back

5. Looking at CC from: Maybank/ Hong Leong

6. Others: I just want cash back, for me that is the real reward

I am getting around rm 60~80 cashback monthly from Citibank. (1 primary & 1 supplementary) .
The problem is Citibank has started charging me annual fee ( usually always gets waived). So am unhappy and afraid they will also charge annual fee for their cashback (i think around rm2xx).

kindly recommend, thank you

Hi CC experts. I am interested in maximising cashback and would appreciate your feedback.

Currently using HLB Wise VISA for general, Maybank2kard AMEX Platinum for weekend and SCB Just One MCARD for petrol. Spending between 5K to 10K a month and maxing out the cashback ($100 + $50 + $50) each month.

It seems like Public Bank Visa Signature is the next best thing for me to get now. Got any other suggestions what is the next best card with the highest cashback that I should apply for? No annual fee please - unless the cashback is super good.

MBB Visa Signature got RM50K minimum spending to get free Annual Fees. 5% Cashback only applies to petrol and groceries - but I already get 10% cashback on petrol from SCB Just One card. Not as good as PBB Visa Signature for my situation. Thanks for the suggestion.

MBB has tied up with many shops/retails/restaurants for the discount whenever you use MBB card to swipe.
